Windows Activation is gone

Hi,I just turned on my PC today to find my computer unable to connect to the internet. I followed some instructions on other community questions and I managed to fix the issue, but now it seems that my windows activation has just disappeared. It was working fine until today. I tried using the troubleshooter, but it said that "We weren't able to activate windows on this device".I clicked on recently changed hardware, but my pc was not on the list of my devices, even though I can see it on 'Manage My Account'
