Windows activation error

[Windows 11]

I have OEM windows 11 pro with digital activation, I upgraded it from windows 10 pro on my old laptop, but after i bought i new device,it was comes with OEM windows 11 home single language. I tried to install my windows 11 pro on my new device but it didn't work i tried all ways that be founded on internet and Ai but nothing work , i can't install windows 11 pro on my new device because it install windows 11 home instead the windows 11 pro. And the key not work on the new devce even i delete it on old device so how can i fix this issu
