Windows activation error (0xc004f012)

I factory reset my PC and now i have no windows so when i try to put in my product key it comes up with that error code, and when i try troubleshoot it saysi have to connected to the wifi (i am) so i googled this error code and followed one of the replies on here but when i run ren C:\Windows\System32\SPP\Store\2.0\tokens.dat tokens.oldren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.oldren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.oldIt says access denied to the second 2 and the first one it says its already in use. Im very stuck and confused; Any help is appreciated.
