Windows activation after Motherboard Swap

I have recently changed my motherboard as it has already failed. It has Windows 11 Pro installed in it which I got as free upgrade from Windows 10 Pro I bought online from Microsoft years ago. However, Windows didn't recognize the system hence didn't activate automatically. I've tried several times already by I'm not able to activate my Windows. I've opted to do a clean install of Windows 10 Pro (Since that's the version I've originally nought) but still no luck in activating the Windows installed on my desktop computer.I really need some help here as I don't wish to buy another Windows,
