Windows Activation After Hardware Change

I recently built a new computer. Windows is now no longer activated. I went through the wizard in activation settings. It did not accept my key. I pressed troubleshoot and it was not helpful. I read a guide written by or linked to by Microsoft that said running "slui 4" would display a phone number to call. It does not. "slui.exe" does, however, get me to a different activation wizard it seems. After entering my key, it displayed an "activate" button, which I pressed. Unfortunately, that did not work.
