Windows 8.1. Uninstall KB5041080

I'm still on 8.1. Last week a Net update installed. KB5041080. It's causing the computer to constantly crash with DPC-WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. I'd like to uninstall it but where is it? It's in the Updates list but not in the Uninstall an Update list.Thanks.
