Hello Anybody ????? 
I have a hipstreet W* pro tablet and I have forgotten my password and for quite a few days now have been struggling with resetting it. I have the instructions and I have watched the videos but for some reason, my hipstreet does not act the way it is supposed to and when I go through the motions of the on-screen keyboard and the restart method that is supposed to lead to the reset. I get to there and I push the reset and it goes off for a bit then comes on and says preparing and then goes to a blue screen that hangs there about a minute and then just shuts off. It will not do a reset or a refresh or a command prompt or anything so does anyone have any suggestions on how I may be able to get it to actually reset like it should be doing? Please any help would be greatly appreciated
