Windows 8.1 is a downgrade from Windows 8

The performance of Windows 8.1 with comparison to Windows 8_ > shows an inferior binary algorithm. The comparative performances of these two binary algorithms feels like a 1948 Buick - original engine - driving next to 2015 Corvette supercar. Windows 8.1 is an inferior product. I certainly hope that Windows 10 is an improvement from the failure of Widows 8.1
