Windows 8.1 can't enter the internet

Hello, I have already dualbooted Windows 11 with Windows 8.1 2 times, but I had the same problem in both, Windows 8.1 doesn't connect to the internet, unlike Windows 11, Windows 8.1 shows a image of a computer, and a X on its bottom left side. Is there any way I can fix this? I want to try and enter the internet on Windows 8.1.
