windows 7 will not update Error code 80070490

I have windows 7 home premium 64 bit. My computer will not update. I have tried the cmd system & it found no corrupted files. I still get the error code 80070490 & it won't install. I know this question has been addressed before & I've tried what I know how to try. I am not tech savvy, so I need things spelled out. I don't want Windows 10. My computer still shows service pack 1.

This is a recent problem. Can't find Mr Fix it - to try to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated in the easiest language possible.
