Windows 7 will not update Error code 80070490 - still need help

I posted this issue on Aug 6th & have had a few replies. I have done what is asked and added a link to OneDrive to show the logs, but then I get no further response as to what to do.

I'm at a total loss on how to get my updates working.

Any other suggestions on helping me????
