Hello, first of all.

I have quite the problem with windows at the moment which is that my R.A.T. 9 mouse doesn´t function anymore. It was working well until one evening where the cursor just got stuck. I tried plugging my mouse in and out again but nothing happened. It still got power though.

So I decided to restart my PC and had the mouse plugged in my USB 3.0 port while it restarted and it worked again so I switched it back to the 2.0 port where it was in before and it still worked.

I then after some time shut my PC down and went to bed. The next day when I booted it up again it stopped working again so I tried to restart my PC while having my mouse plugged in the USB 3.0 port and it didn´t work this time but it got power.

I then went through some steps like plugging my PC power supply out and waiting for the motherboard to reboot but that didn´t work. I also tried to reinstall the drivers but at some point in the installation it asked me to plug my mouse in but that failed since I my mouse literally won´t get recognized by Windows 7.

Like, NOTHING happens. Literally nothing. No sound that a usb device has been plugged in, no message either. I then tried to plug it in my other PC that also runs Windows 7 in hope that it would work, but I was heavily disappointed. So now I´m writing to you, the community trying to get some help and hoping that one of you knows how to deal with this.

Thanks in advance I guess.
