Windows 7 Update Error 8007000E Fix

Everyone seems to have the same issue when doing a Windows 7 clean install, Well here is a fix - After you do the clean install go to:

1. Install the latest version of IE which is 11 for windows 7
2. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/Internet-Explorer-11-for-Windows-7-details.aspx
3. Right click on -> Computer
4. Click on -> Installed updates
5. Remove these two Hot fixes:

7. After removing these two hot fixes - Restart your PC
8. Open IE and go through the welcome screen
9. Close all taps
10. Restart your PC
11. Run Windows Updates
12. Enjoy!
