Windows 7 unable to boot after National Instrument's LabVIEW installation.

Windows Startup Repair was unable to solve the issue. The Problem Details are listed below. I tried restoring to my earliest restore point - several hours earlier, shortly after my first attempt at the installation of LabVIEW. This did not solve my issue.
