Windows 7 - Sony Vaio Webcam Not Working

Hello I am sorry if this post is in the wrong thread, but I could use
some help.
I have a Sony Vaio Model (VGN-CR507E) and I have recently put on the
Windows 7 Evaluation Copy, Build 7100.
Everything seems to be in good order except for the Webcam. When I try
to run msn, skype or any other webcam related programs it says that the
webcam is in use by another program.
When I go to my Device Manager It says that the USB Video Device is
installed and fully updated.
If some one could give me a step by step guide on how to fix this
problem it would be much appericated.

Here we have a person who calls all MS users Wintards and idiots while
he is in COLA, and he acts like a MS saint here. What a hypocrite he is
and a snake.

Gordon is a snake in the grass who lingers in the COLA NG talking about
all MS users like dogs. MS users are Wintards and idiots so he can fit
in with the COLA crowd.
