Windows 7 Recovery Medium for HP DV6

Hi,


I need to restore my HP DV6 laptop to factory setting. I spoke to HP and asked for the recovery medium. I was told that HP stopped providing recovery medium for Windows 7 and HP asked me to contact Microsoft.


I have already tried using F11 to do the system recovery buy it failed and i saw the following error. That is the reason why i need to request the recovery medium.


"An error occured while attempt to access the boot configuration..........."


Please help.
