Hello there. Yesterday when I started my computer I started to realise there are some problems, and I don't know where they came from. These problems include:
Things you should know I recently did to my PC:
1. Windows Update was continuously bothering me at the wrong time while I'm busy with something requiring fast internet, so I decided to pause it using
net stop wuauserv
and disable automatic updates. This was some time ago, and I re-enabled it yesterday in my "Heavenly Time"-window through admin cmd, and after another restart to gain back the full functionality, I enabled automatic updates and started to install them (I was 1.3GB behind). As of typing this, Windows has finished downloading them, and haven't done anything but say: Creating a restore point. I'm still waiting.
2. I downloaded and installed Avast! Antivirus the day before problems arose and scanned my PC. It said I have registry key issues, but I learned never to mess with them, after getting close to the same problem I have now a few months ago. I'm worried this Antivirus might be relevant to my problems.
I receive this error when trying to open an audio file:
"<Path of audio file>
Server execution failed."
I also received this message Yesterday when I accidentally clicked on "Customize" in the tab bar (this problem is gone, for now:"
<A bunch of capital letters mixed with numbers as title>
The remote procedure call failed and did not execute.
I also received an"Access Denied" error when trying to open some programs which do no require Administrator, and I get a "Windows has stopped responding, End Process?" box when trying to type something in the Search Bar.
Thank you very much for reading, and I hope someone out there knows a solution.

- Sound disappearing universally over my entire computer.
- Not able to open audio files or videos.
- When accessing the Control panel and selecting a section (e.g. Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Update) it freezes and I couldn't do anything to close it. This problem disappeared today, though trying to run a troubleshooter freezes the control panel, but Task Manager says it's Running.
- YouTube suddenly acting strange (videos sometimes playing, sometimes not and the red bar not existing.
- On startup or restart, I have a "Heavenly Window of Time" where everything seems to be working fine and I have sound and can access most things perfectly. This, along with sound and complete function, disappears after a few minutes.
- I cannot run cmd as administrator after aforementioned "Window of Time".
- "Access Denied" error received when trying to open some programs.
- I cannot use the Windows "Search Programs and Files" bar on some occasions.
