Hi,

Since this saturday, I'm trying to upgrade my computer to Windows 10.

My problem is that the Get Windows 10 icon, that was showing a while ago (I don't remember when, maybe a few weeks ago) isn't showing anymore.

I've followed a lot of advices (including yaqub k's answer), but the problem still persists. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the two updates needed to update my computer (the updates KB3035583 and KB2952664). After a ceck, it seems that the planned task is running (seing from Yaqub K's answer, the script tells me immediatly that the task is already running. After a little search, I finally managed to find the GWX app on C:/System32/GWX. I tried to launch it, but it didn't work at all. After trying it with the task manager opened, it looks like the process launches, but immediatly dies, with no error message or anything. It does the same thing with GetWindows10-Web_Default_Attr.exe , that I tried to use.

Now, I'm really out of ideas. I thought about deleting GWX on System32, but I'm not sure it'll be reinstalled, as the two updates didn't seem to edit these files at all.

I really want to upgrade to Windows 10, , but I can't do it by myself.

By the way, my computer is an Asus Easynote TR85 with Windows 7 Famiy installed. With the service pack 1.

It may look a bit old, when it was still here, the Reservation screen told me that my computer was eligible.

Here is my problem.

If any of you know any way to fix this, I'll be really glad.

Thanks in advances,

Para
