Running on Windows 7 Enterprise, Service Pack 1.
Cleanmgr.exe does not run. Launching cleanmgr.exe in both administrative and non-adminstrative mode does not help. Tried it in safe mode does not help too. Created a new user and tried using the new user but did not help too. Did sfc /scannow and result shows no error or corrupted files. Error message from eventviewer as below. Please help, thanks.
