windows 7 cant uninstall Program Files on virtual machine

so i got virtualbox and before testing viruses and such on it (i know how to create a safe envioriment for virus testing dont bother me about that) i wanted to see what would happen if i uninstalled a folder called "Program Files" in local disk. when i tried to, it said i needed permissions from TrustedInstaller. i changed ownership to Everyone and gave Everyone full permissions, it said i needed permission from Everyone. can anyone help me i am so confused.
