Lost (as in accidently deleted) MS 365 when I thought was just making a repair. Spent 7-8 hours on phone with MS Tech, but years of Excel files especially cannot be located. Cannot even transfer main ones from a flash drive, because error message indicates no program to open. Now up for renewal on the 365 which is shared with a Windows 10 computer. What good can come of this renewal? Are the files going to show up again?I realize that 7 is no longer supported but aging and very much sight impaired husband is not able to grasp upgrading.
