Windows 24H2 update problem while opening Valorant

Good day. I recently got updated with 24H2 update and the issue I'm getting ever since is whenever I open an application or a game like valorant and crew 2, the system gets crashed and restarts.I have reinstalled the windows, deleted updates, and did diagnostic tests, even did reinstalled the graphics driver, this issue repeats again. I never got such errors since I brought this HP Victus.Do I need to install a clean windows because it's purely kernel related issue?(Specs: GTX 1650 with i5 12450H processorHP Victus 15, 2 years old)
