Windows 24H2 Update flickering

After the Windows 24H2 update, our Access program menus are flickering. (Two separate programs) Users are unable to use the programs as all menus constantly reset, and the screens keep flickering. I experience the same behavior when booting in Safe Mode with a VGA screen.The only fix so far is to roll back the update, but this issue is affecting our entire company.
