Windows 22H2 update doesn’t work

Hi I have issues and tried everything to get the update 22H2 working and update if it does it is a blue crash screen on it I have done every diagnostic test for my harddrive even my ram memory so what is going on with the update I really need it for my son to play Fortnite/Filip
