Dear Support Team,We are experiencing a critical issue after updating our laptops to Windows 11 24H2. Following the installation of this update, user accounts on the laptops are randomly and automatically locked. To resolve the issue, we need to manually unlock the accounts in Active Directory (AD). In some cases, simply waiting for 10 minutes resolves the lockout, but this is not a reliable solution.
