Windows 11 won't update after all troubleshooting methods

5 days ago, my audio and spotify weren't working so I tried updating my windows, but I received an error for trying to update it. I tried troubleshooting it but it didn't work. I searched for solutions online and tried them all like the cmd scan now command, dism command, software distribution, as well as the net stop commands. I tried reinstalling windows with the iso but it never worked. I tried resetting my whole computer twice and on the second try, windows says im not connected to the internet even though I am.
