Windows 11 won't print in color on Best Settings

Using HP Officejet 3830. Windows 11 will print in color on normal settings, if I change to best settings, I get the following error:"Function address 0x00007ff82B56536C caused a problem fault. (exception code 0xe06d7363) The application property sheet page(s) may not function properly."After this error, the printer will no longer print in color at all, and I need to completely uninstall the drivers, and reinstall. Repeated this many times, and am at a loss of what to do.
