I recently factory reset my pc and upon reinstalling windows eleven, it got stuck at 2% so I turned off my pc and turned it back on thinking that would help. When it turned back on, an error message comes up. The error message reads “The computer has unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows click OK to restart the computer, and then restart the installation” but when ever I press ok, my pc boots back up to the same message every time, I don’t know what to do.
