Windows 11 wont boot untill I press Windows key + c

Hey there...Im currently facing a booting essue with my laptop..After the last windows 11 update i got (22H2 , os build - 22621.2428), my computer wont boot up.. it hangs on the dell logo screen and no loading animation (the circle) either.. [Firstly happend on windows update,s own restart.. (the restarting process of the ongoing update) ]So every time i turn on my laptop i have to press windows key + c continuesly to boot it up.. when i press those keys my laptop boots up but if not it stays on the logo screen..Pls can anyone tell me whats wrong with my laptop..Sorry, my english is bad..
