My HP laptop crashed during a video call and I did a hard restart. Following this, I can get to the login screen but after I log in nothing happens - there is just a black screen with a cursor. I've tried:- Pressing F2 and going into the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) menu and running both the quick and extensive test with no issues identified- Hard restarting twice in a row to get to the Windows Recovery Environment > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options then going through all the options there including start up repair, uninstalling updates, restoring to a previous restore point, etc. No
