Windows 11- Windows Store stuck on "pending" when I try to install or update an app

Like I've mentioned, I have a problem with Microsoft Store. I bought Gamepass and I wanted to download a game. But I was having a problem while launching Xbox app. I wanted to re-install Xbox app via Microsoft Store. When I go to the my app library, there are some updates available for my apps, they're stuck at "Pending". What I've tried to solve: 1- I tried runnig WSReset 2- I tried to reset Microsoft Store app 3- I tried to be sure these services are running, and I changed their startup status to Automatic from Manuel. i.
