Windows 11 Windows Key not working in Fullscreen games

Just recently got a new PC with Windows 11 installed on it. When playing on a fullscreen game I can not press the Windows key and get the Windows menu to appear. I know the problem is not related to the keyboard becauseI am using the keyboard I was using on Win 10, just 3 days ago, and it was working thenI have a spare keyboard that the problem persist withThe Windows key works when I'm not on the fullscreen game.I have turned off or turned on and back off all gaming mode settings that I can find.
