Windows 11 will not shut down or sleep through OS, or closing the lid. Only a Hard Shutdown will turn off the computer.

Hello, I have a Lenovo Legion S7 15ACH6 running Windows 11 x64. When I select sleep, hibernation, or shutdown in my start menu, the screen goes dark, and the keyboard lights turn off as a computer usually does. 2-4 seconds later the computer starts back up again with lights, fans and the screen ending up at the lock screen (Similar to what would happen if I opened the lid or tapped the power button to start.)
