Windows 11 will not allow a cookie permission popup on my bank's website.

I have a new laptop with Windows 11 (24H2).I have accounts with four different UK banks. Three of them are working fine and display cookie permission pop ups. One of them (Tescobank) will not display the associated pop up and so prevents access, making the screen grey and unresponsive (*pic)The popup flashes on screen for split second or so. The choices appear to be "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Manage" cookiesI have deleted the cookie data for the offending website, I have added the url to the 'Allow' list in as many permissions boxes I can find in the Edge 'settings' menu.
