Windows 11, (which I hate with great passion), will not open up any folders on my computer

I can't get any folders to open up on my computer and therefore cannot access any files on my system. If it's not on the quick access menu I can't get to it. I hate Windows soooo much. I have had more problems with windows 11 than I have my whole 58 years of life. Can someone help me with this, yet another issue from Windows.
