Windows 11: Volume bar is always in the screen and hindering other applications to switch to the screen. Always increasing volume to 100%

Hi,The Windows 11 volume Bar is always visible on top of all the applications, leading to overall system performance degradation. And the volume is always 100%. Sometimes after a reboot, the issue may disappear, but after some time again it will re-appear. What will be the problem?
