Windows 11: virus and threat protection missing from windows security

I can't access the virus and threat protection in windows security, it simply doesn't appear and if something else directs me there (like pc manager when I want to scan) it says my IT Admin has limited access, even though it's a personal computer logged in with a personal email...Here's a ss of how it looks:I've tried downloading SecurityHealthSetup.exe and running as admin, but nothing changes, even after restarting. My windows is up to date (24h2 still not available so up to date with 23h2) and Im not using a third party antivirus. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.Here's a
