Windows 11 - Videos and audio will not play after I wake from sleep.

Hi,I recently bought a PC with Windows 11. I have had this very frustrating issue where if I leave the PC for a while and it goes into sleep or hibernate, once I wake it from that state it will not play Youtube videos or Spotify music etc. It will load the youtube webpage without issues, but the videos will be stuck with the loading circle and never play. I can also browse the internet fine but some pages will not load either. Also, Settings (for windows) will not open either - it will just show a blank screen popup with the settings icon in the middle.This is all solved with a restart of the
