This is a hp laptop with Windows 11, with an i3 processor 11th gen processor @ 2GHz, 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, an year old. The problem is, whenever we work on our battery (battery saver mode on) the performance is awesome. Whenever we plugin in the power adapter, things drastically slow down. The main reason I see if 100% CPU, clear increase in number of processes, threads, handles.
