Windows 11 Version 23H2 preventing Surround sound

I have Windows 11 Version 23H2 and I just bought New steelseries 9 5.1 system.I have surround durring gaming (can't tell yet if it's true or virtual surround) but with windows (anything out of gaming) it takes alot to just get the rear speakers to work and it's zero Surround (I have to change the default source, turn on Upmix 5.1 on speakers, etc).When I try to configure the speakers, Windows refuses to consider the rear speakers has rear, they are only side speakers, spatial audio is grayed out, quality is 16 bit 48 kHz when it should be 96 kHz.I have uninstalled every possible related driver
