windows 11 version 23h2 Install error - 0x80070002

The title says it all. it's been 10 months and I have never been able to install this update because I get the same error, no matter what I do.Every time someone has this problem, Microsoft gives a bunch of generic solutions to "try" and none of them work.That's because they really don't know how to fix it.Windows 11 is horrible. We don't need another "update" to this abominable operating system; we need Windows 12.
