Windows 11 v22H2 Spotlight Desktop "learn about this picture" icon disappeared, can't be recovered

Hi,After an update ( I don't remember which one ) many programs, taskbar icons, desktop icons, both the lock-screen and desktop windows spotlights are destroyed. My Windows 11 is v22H2.I could recover most of the destroyed items but I can't bring back the Windows Spotlight "learn about this picture" icon which normally should be at the upper right corner of the desktop ( as seen in the below picture). The problem is, Windows Spotlight was showing wonderful images in the past but nowadays it shows disturbing weird images as seen in the below picture and I can't change the picture because of no
