Windows 11 upgrade with windows 10 OEM recovery usb tool

Hello there.I got a HP laptop with OEM windows 10, upgraded to windows 11 but recently made a hp recovery USB, but has windows 10 recovery on it, so my question is if someday after windows 10 end of support date, I do a fresh recovery installation then I'll be able to upgrade to windows 11? Or I'll loose the ability to upgrade?
