Windows 11 Upgrade Issue

We're having an issue being able to upgrade some PCs to Windows 11 because it's reporting that the processor clock speed needs to be at least 1Ghz and the PC only has a 0.8Ghz clock speed. That couldn't be any further from the truth. Not sure how to resolve this issue. It's definitely a supported processor.v
