Windows 11 upgrade fails on Huawe Matebook 1

Trying to upgrade a 5 yr old Huawei MateBook D 15 to Windows 11. I get the message the install has failed as the PC isn't yet supported on this version of Windows. The Huawei website says it is and refer me back to Microsoft. Also I get error code 0xc1900209. Any ideas please?
