Attempting to apply KB5048685 from Windows Update produces: 0x800703f1.Manually installing windows11.0-kb5048685-x64_f1967f623976c41d20deab623317c4855e9d111a also does not work.When trying to upgrade Windows 11 from mounted ISO, I'm receiving the error message below (and noted in the title).Please advise
