Windows 11 updates won't install, windows 11 iso fails when I try to reinstall

So I recently noticed my windows 11 pc hasn't updated in over a month, and when I tried to update it, it would get stuck at 0% indefinitely and gives me the 'retry' option now after all of the troubleshooting ive done. I've troubleshooted with the windows update troubleshooter obviously, and it hasn't detected a problem. I've gone through so many steps to try to fix this and ended up trying to reset the pc, could not reset the pc. Tried installing windows 11 iso, installation failed.
