Windows 11 updated, Mozilla Firefox and Chrome open but do not load pages, Edge works fine. Also Settings won't reopen when closed.

I have not manually changed any settings.Yesterday windows 11 updated, my updates are all up to date and now firefox & chrome will not load any pages after opening. Also new, once Settings is opened and closed once it will not reopen. Task Manager will not End Task when I try.I checked Bitdefender, both browsers are allowed in the firewall.
