Windows 11 Update

The Windows Update screen is showing an alert that my PC doesn't meet the specs for Windows 11.However, I have upgraded the BIOS TPM and the PC Health Check app is telling me that it DOES meet the specs.I can't access the Windows 11 update.How do I tell Windows Update that the PC is now ready for Windows 11??
