Windows 11 Update

I just clicked on download and install for Windows 11 and got error code "Download error - 0xc1900101". I have an HP Laptop 15t-dy200 with i7-1165GZ. I run Norton antivirus and uninstalled it, but the error for a second time. I am currently on Windows 10 21H2
